The Team Behind Client Growth & Development 

Our team sits between the platform, our clients and the rest of Venn.

We work closely with recruitment businesses to understand how they attract and convert candidates, then shape how they use the platform to support that. That might mean building out country folders, refining microsites, improving careers pages or introducing new features that align with how they hire.

If you enjoy problem solving, thinking commercially and seeing how changes translate into real results, this is where you’ll thrive.

What We Do

Growth at Venn is about one thing:

Making sure the platform is set up and used in a way that actually drives results.

We work across recruitment technology and marketing to:

  • Understand how each client attracts, engages and hires candidates
  • Shape how their site is structured, from country folders to microsites and careers pages
  • Recommend how to use the platform’s features to support their hiring model
  • Support onboarding and ensure everything is set up properly from day one
  • Work closely with strategists to improve performance over time
  • Identify where changes or new features can improve results
  • Stay close to clients as their teams grow and their priorities shift

A lot of the job is conversation. Asking the right questions. Listening properly. Being clear about what will and will not work.

Meet the Team

Meet Sam Watkins

"I’m Head of Growth at Venn, where I look after how customers get started, how they use the platform, and how both the customers and the product grow over time.

I work across product, marketing, and customer success to make sure customers are getting real value, while also using their feedback to shape the product and roadmap. I focus on driving adoption of new features, improving the overall customer experience, and turning insights into scalable product improvements.

Day to day, that includes onboarding clients, running webinars and events, launching new features with marketing, creating content, and speaking to customers to understand what’s working and where we can improve.

Overall, my role is about helping customers succeed, increasing usage and retention, and making sure the product continues to evolve in the right direction."
