Joining a new company is a big decision.
We want you to feel confident about how we hire, what we value, and what the journey looks like from application to offer.
Hiring is a two-way decision.
Our process is designed to give you a clear understanding of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Venn. It also helps us understand how you think, work, and what you’re looking for next.
The exact steps may vary depending on the role and team, but the intention stays the same. We want the process to feel clear, respectful, and genuinely useful for both sides.
Every process begins with a conversation with Brian or a member of our leadership team.
We’ll talk about your experience, what you’re looking for, and what you want from your next role. We’ll also share more about Venn, the team, and how we work.
This is an opportunity to understand each other properly, not to put you under pressure.
If there’s alignment, we’ll invite you to our office.
You’ll meet the team, see the environment, and spend time where you could be working day to day. This helps you understand the role in context and decide whether you can see yourself here.
Choosing where you work is important. You should have the chance to experience it first.
For some roles, we may include a short task or practical discussion.
This helps us understand how you approach your work and gives you a clearer sense of the role itself. We keep this focused, relevant, and respectful of your time.
We’ll always communicate clearly once the process is complete.
If the role feels right on both sides, we’ll move forward. If not, we’ll close the process respectfully.
We treat people like adults. That means open conversations, clear expectations, and mutual respect throughout. The goal is to make the right long-term decision for you and for Venn.
If you don’t see the perfect fit, don’t panic. We’re growing, and new roles open up regularly.
Send us your CV and tell us what you’re interested in. If there’s alignment, we’ll keep you in mind and reach out when something suitable comes up.
Once you apply, our team reviews every application properly. No bots making big decisions.
If your experience matches what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to arrange an initial chat. If it’s not quite right this time, we’ll let you know.
It depends on the role, but we try to move quickly and keep things simple.
Typically, you can expect:
We’ll always explain the process clearly at each step so there are no surprises.

Skills matter. Attitude matters more.
