What We Do

Performance at Venn is about one thing:

We spend a lot of time in analytics dashboards, keyword tools and search data. We also spend a fair amount of time debating coffee strength, because performance drops significantly below a certain caffeine threshold.

"As Venn's Head of Marketing, I work closely with our CEO and Founder, Brian, to shape marketing direction and strategy. I'm here to bring clarity and momentum, question what's working and try new things, and make Venn the go-to for companies that take candidate experience seriously."

Meet Mia Paddle

"I work across a mix of content and strategy at Venn, which keeps things really varied. Day-to-day, I’m creating and posting social content, shaping content strategies, and writing and optimising content for SEO. I’m also client-facing, supporting with account management and working closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into content that performs. It’s a role that blends creativity with performance, so I’m always thinking about how content not only looks and sounds good, but actually delivers results."

"I focus on planning and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our clients. A typical day involves reviewing campaign performance, working on content and landing page strategy, collaborating with internal teams, and communicating with clients to align on goals and next steps. I also spend time analysing data, optimising campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to improve results."

Meet Wesley Young

"No two days are the same. Though I typically start the day about 8:30am with a cup of tea. My focus is either on pre-launch tech SEO checks for a website migration or continuous improvement of an existing site's health score following a tech SEO audit. There are ad-hoc SEO support requests too and optimising client sites for AI/LLMs. I go for a walk around the mere on lunch."

"As a copywriter at Venn, no day is ever the same! Typically, I'll be conducting keyword research, writing landing pages or blogs for clients, or helping brainstorm the strategy side of things!"
